Information On How to return your product for Warranty/Factory Service

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please complete the Return Authorization Request Form and customer service will contact you via Fax and/or E-Mail with your RMA# and shipping instructions for the return. Returns that do not have an RMA# will be rejected.
Note: AceK9 product Support & Warranty Coverage is only available in the U.S. and Canada for installations in U.S. Domestic Model Police Package Vehicles.
